Core Health Therapies provides a comprehensive physical therapy program that empowers our clients to independently manage their condition.
We believe in offering patients expert care in a private, comfortable environment that helps you feel relaxed while discussing these personal issues.
All questions are encouraged.
Your first visit will be an hour long evaluation and will include a review of your medical history and relevant factors, as well as an internal and external musculoskeletal examination if deemed necessary.
Follow up visits are 40 minutes and their frequency will be based on the physical therapist's findings during your examination and your doctor's recommendations.
Core health Therapies accepts many major insurances and also offers cash payment options if we are out of network with your insurance provider.
For Cash based clients:

Ingrid Botsis is the owner of Core Health Therapies.
Ingrid graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa in 1997. Over the years she has worked in a number of care settings including hospital inpatient rehabilitation as well as private and hospital-based outpatient clinics.

Ingrid Botsis is the owner of Core Health Therapies.
Ingrid graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa in 1997. Over the years she has worked in a number of care settings including hospital inpatient rehabilitation as well as private and hospital-based outpatient clinics.
Ingrid started training in the area of pelvic health physical therapy in 2008, after the birth of her second child and received her Certificate of Achievement in Pelvic Physical Therapy (CAPP) from the APTA (American Physical Therapy Association) in 2012.
In 2021 Ingrid had the opportunity to fulfill her dream of opening her own practice.
Outside of work, Ingrid is married with 2 boys. She enjoys being outdoors and loves to run, read and play music.

Dianne Baskind graduated from SUNY at Buffalo with degrees in Physical and Occupational Therapy. She has been practicing for over 30 years in the outpatient orthopedics setting as both a clinician and manager. Dianne is a Certified Manual Therapist from the Graduate Institute of Health Sciences and has extensive experience in manual therapy techniques including myofascial release, joint mobilization and craniosacral therapy. She has a strong interest in Women’s health and chronic pain and enjoys treating her patients with a holistic focus in order to improve function.
Her continuing education has focused on integrating Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, yoga, Pilates, core stabilization, pelvic health and therapeutic exercise with her strong manual therapy background.
Dianne is married with 2 grown daughters and enjoys playing adult soccer, Pilates, yoga, golf and gardening in her free time.

Julia Dimmick attended the University of Rochester where a part-time job as a student athletic trainer inspired her to pursue a career in health sciences. After completing her baccalaureate, she enrolled at Northwestern University and received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2005. Julia has taken several courses in pelvic health through the American Physical Therapy Association and in July 2023 was awarded her CAPP Certification (Certificate of Achievement in Pelvic PT). In addition to her outpatient orthopedic experience, Julia has also worked in the inpatient acute care and acute rehabilitation settings. She enjoys treating patients of all backgrounds and believes that patient education and a good sense of humor are instrumental to successful therapeutic outcomes. When not working, Julia stays fit by combining her love of sport with her love for the outdoors. She lives in Holliston with her husband and two children.

Antonetta recently obtained a certification in women's health to enable her to bring her passion for physical health to the pregnant and postpartum population.
Antonetta has primarily worked as a physical therapist in outpatient orthopedic settings as well as working as a personal trainer with private clients of all ages.
She has many years of experience and a passion for education. She enjoys treating clients of all ages and loves to help them achieve their personal health and fitness goals. She likes the challenge of “bridging the gap” between treating their orthopedic issues then educating them in regards to how to avoid recurrence when returning to life, activities, and sports.
Antonetta is a mother of three, including a set of twins. She enjoys “working out” incorporating balance, strength, flexibility, and endurance.

Dr. Tonya Yanok felt called to become a pelvic floor physical therapist after hearing stories of women transformed by treatment. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from Ursuline College and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Cleveland State University. Dr. Yanok began her career working in several outpatient physical therapy centers in Ohio before running her own practice for five years. In 2020, she moved to Massachusetts to focus exclusively on pelvic floor rehabilitation.
Alongside providing care, she pursued continuing education, culminating in the highly respected Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC) from the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. She is dedicated to correcting misconceptions about pelvic health and empowering her patients to regain confidence in their bodies. Her candid, compassionate approach puts patients at ease and supports their journey to wellness.
When she's not treating patients, she enjoys adventuring outside on foot, mountain bike, snowboard, or paddleboard, and otherwise spending time at her cozy home in Waltham with her partner and cat.
